We do not refund, transfer or defer courses, workshops, classes, readings or sessions, and must be completed as purchased and specified. If you pay for your reading, course, workshop, class or session, and are not present (either in person, by phone or video call), you will be charged the full amount because of the time set aside for you. It is important that you're ready on time to take advantage of the time slot that you're paying for.
Appointments with Avalon Spirit's Personal Journey Guides require a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancellation. Rebooking and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
